Returns

Please email us before you mail anything back. We reply within one business day with the correct US return address. Packages sent to our registered office in the Netherlands cannot be processed.

Something arrived damaged?

Email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We cover the cost of putting it right, and we will not make you argue for it.
