2. Using this site

You must be 18 or over to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. You may not use the site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or transmit malicious code. Content on this site may not be reproduced or resold without our written permission.

3. Products and descriptions

We take care to describe products accurately, but colours can vary between screens and small variations occur in natural materials. Products are offered subject to availability and quantities may be limited.

4. Prices and errors

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any UK tax due. Delivery is charged separately as set out in our Shipping Policy. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay: there is no handling fee, packaging fee or card surcharge, and nothing further is payable on delivery. Prices may change without notice, though a change never affects an order we have already accepted. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full before dispatch.

5. When a contract is formed

Product listings are an invitation to treat, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you place the order or receive an order acknowledgement. We may decline an order, for example where a product is unavailable, where we cannot authorise payment, or where we suspect misuse.

6. Cancellation and returns

Your right to cancel and our returns process are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

8. Payment

Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We do not see or store full card details. We may cancel an order where payment cannot be verified.

9. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not liable for business losses, as our products are supplied for domestic and private use.

10. Third-party links and tools

Our site may link to third-party sites or use third-party tools. We are not responsible for their content or their terms, and any use of them is at your own risk.

11. Your data

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction. Nothing here removes your right to rely on the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which you live.
